After an eight-year hiatus, Bongo Flava artiste TID is set to thrill Kenyan fans with a series of performances starting from April 24 to May 5.

The Zeze hitmaker's return to the Kenyan music scene comes amidst renewed interest following a viral TikTok video where he humorously reacted to an interruption during an interview.

TID's first performance is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, at Quiver Lounge in Kilimani.

Born Khalid Mohamed in 1981 in Dar es Salaam, TID began his musical journey in 1994 as part of the group Black Gangsters before embarking on a solo career five years later.

TID's musical prowess extends beyond the studio, as he is known for his energetic live performances with his band, Top Band.
