JK unveils Jakaya Kikwete Foundation trustees

  • Mr Kikwete said he would use the foundation as a vehicle that would make it possible for him to continue serving Tanzanians.

 Retired President Jakaya Kikwete on Monday inaugurated the Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete Foundation (JMKF) board of trustees.

Mr Kikwete said he would use the foundation as a vehicle that would make it possible for him to continue serving Tanzanians.

He added that the foundation would focus on four areas, namely health care, education, youth and governance.

The foundation will work with government and other stakeholders in addressing challenges ordinary Tanzanians are grappling with.
