TIA up for major upgrade

Professor Jairo was speaking during TIA 13th graduation ceremony said: 


Singida. Ministry of Finance Advisory Board Chairperson, Prof Isaya Jairo said on Monday that Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) is looking forward to extend and improve its regional campuses to accommodate students from neighbouring countries.

Professor Jairo was speaking during TIA 13th graduation ceremony said: 

“We need to create friendly learning environmentto attract students from abroad. For example,  Kigoma campus would attract students from Burundi and DRC while Mwanza camps would attract students from Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda." 

He said the said campuses will offer education in different courses from certificate to bachelor degree levels.

And added that the Ministerial advisory board will be ready to support any TIA initiatives so that there could be changes and improvement in the education sector.
