Vodacom integrates My Vodacom App into M-Pesa Supa
Dar es Salaam. Vodacom Tanzania has announced the integration of the My Vodacom App into the popular M-Pesa Supa App in a move that is aimed aimed at enhancing customer experience.
The telco sayd integration is designed to provide customers with a more convenient and unified platform to access all of their favorite Vodacom services.
My Vodacom App will be officially decommissioned, with all features and services now available through the M-Pesa Supa App.
This transition is part of Vodacom’s ongoing efforts to simplify and streamline the way customers interact with the company’s services, ensuring greater efficiency and ease of use.
Vodacom Tanzania is urging all users to update their M-Pesa Supa App to continue enjoying uninterrupted access to a wide range of services, including data, airtime purchases, and bill payments, now all available on a single platform.
The telco says the integration aims to offer a seamless experience, reducing the need for multiple apps and providing a more holistic solution for users.
