Absa Bank Tanzania reiterates commitment to customer service excellence

Absa Bank Tanzania has reiterated its commitment to remain a trusted financial partner for individuals and businesses across Tanzania, by focusing on tailored solutions, digital innovation, and teamwork.

This was stated by the lender’s managing director Mr Obedi Laiser as the bank joined the rest of the world in commemoration of this year’s Customer Service Week.

Customer Service Week is celebrated annually during the first full week in October. The official theme for 2023 is 'Team Service'.

Speaking during the official ceremony held at their headquarters here in the city Mr Obeid said the event's theme around the role of teamwork, underscores the importance of collaboration within the organization.

“It’s about everyone working together to create a positive experience for our valued customers,” he said.

Absa’s head of retail banking Ms Ndabu Swere added that the bank is committed to offering a wide range of services and products that cater to the specific needs of their customers. Whether it's personal or business banking.

With the dynamic financial markets, the bank is also embracing digital solutions to provide convenient service delivery.

“Absa Bank Tanzania remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting customers and providing suitable financial solutions,” she said.
