Airtel Tanzania yesterday officially launched its “Mr Money” campaign to promote the use of its mobile money transfer service, Airtel Money.

Dar es Salaam. Airtel Tanzania yesterday officially launched its “Mr Money” campaign to promote the use of its mobile money transfer service, Airtel Money.

Under the campaign an advert bearing a cartoon called “Mr Money” will appear in various media outlets with different messages about what Airtel Money entails and what it does.

The firm’s managing director, Mr Sunil Colaso, officially launched ‘Mr Money’ here yesterday describing it as a friend and well-wisher who will address all concerns and help the customers to understand the various advantages and use of Airtel Money.

“Mr Money will be your guide, who will help you do more with your Airtel money. He will address any worries/clarifications that one undergoes when transacting via Airtel Money,” he said. (Related photo on page 24)
