Halotel clinches Consumer Choice Awards Africa for fourth consecutive year
Dar es Salaam. Halotel Tanzania has been named the "Most Affordable and Consumer Friendly Telecom Service of The Year 2023" at the Consumer Choice Awards Africa, thanks to its provision of affordable telecom services that meet the satisfaction of consumers.
The telecom firm is named as such for the fourth consecutive year.
The Consumer Choice Awards Africa were founded with the mission of promoting business excellence through consumer choice.
“This achievement is a direct result of the faith our customers place in us and the votes they cast. We appreciate their continued support and pledge to maintain the highest standards in delivering telecom services," said the business director for Halotel, Mr Abdallah Salum.
He said as the telecom landscape continues to evolve, Halotel will continue to focus on delivering the best services, ensuring that every customer's needs are not only met but exceeded.
