The announcement came during the relocation ceremony for Mkombozi Bank's St. Joseph Branch and Headquarters to a new building in Dar es Salaam.
Archbishop Thaddeus Ruwa'chi of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dar es Salaam, who graced the occasion, lauded the bank's proactive approach to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
"Sadaka Digital is just one of several strategic initiatives we have in the pipeline," Archbishop Ruwa'chi declared. "We are actively developing solutions tailored to other sectors like schools and hospitals, ensuring inclusivity and catering to diverse customer needs."

Mkombozi Wakala, their network of over 700 agents across the country, is a prime example of their commitment to accessibility. Additionally, their internet banking services and robust mobile banking platform, Mkombozi Mobile, further enhance customer convenience.
Their physical expansion also reflects their commitment to growth. They recently opened a new branch in Arusha and are on track to launch a second branch in Mwanza before year-end.
With 13 branches now operational, Mkombozi Bank's reach spans Dar es Salaam, Moshi, Arusha, Morogoro, Dodoma, Mwanza, Iringa, Bukoba, and Njombe.
