Tanga. Employers have been urged to remit on time their workers’ contributions to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).

That was said here yesterday by Tanga Cement Company human resource manager Diana Malambugi during a ceremony for the fund to award the company for its timely contribution in the manufacturing sector.

Ms Malambugi attributed the company’s win to its superior financial management in ensuring that workers’ salary deductions are submitted to the fund. “Our victory is a pleasure for our employees – that their contributions reach NSSF in full and on time. This enhances their trust in the company.”
