TANZANIA PORTLAND CEMENT PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY NOTIFICATION TO THE PUBLIC

This is to notify the general public, and specifically shareholders of Tanzania Portland Cement Public Limited Company that the directors of the company propose a dividend of TZS 390 per share relating to the financial year ended 31^st December 2023, which will be paid on or about 30^th June 2024.

For purposes of this dividend payment, the Register of Members will be closed on 28^th May 2024, and the last day of trading cum dividend will be on 22^nd May 2024.
