Dar es Salaam. Tanzanian Bongo Flava star Ali Kiba recently teased fans with exciting updates from his record label, Kings Music.
In an exclusive interview, the singer revealed that the much-anticipated unveiling of the label's first female artiste, whom he referred to as the “Queen of Kings Music,” is happening soon.
“It’s true; I’ve mentioned several times that I’ll introduce the Queen of Kings Music. She’s here and has already recorded," said Ali Kiba.
He added that the focus was to finalise a few things with his newly launched media, Crown TV.
"But now the next step is to introduce her,” added King Kiba.
In a nod to the growing presence of female artistes in the industry, Ali Kiba had some advice for those aspiring to make it big in the music scene.
He said: “Female artistes should get ready. This coming queen is talented. I don’t want to say too much, but once I introduce her, you’ll see for yourselves. She’s ready, and her songs are ready, so fans should get ready.”
Ali Kiba, known for his melodic style and consistent chart-toppers, also hinted at future collaborations with the new artiste.
"I’ve already recorded songs with my artiste and they’ll be released in sequence,” he further detailed.
