R. Kelly claims to have written 25 albums behind bars

Despite serving a 30-year prison sentence for federal sex trafficking and child pornography charges, R&B singer R. Kelly says his passion for music remains as strong as ever.

In a recent rare interview, the 58-year-old artiste reveals that he has written an astonishing 25 albums during his first three years behind bars.

He describes his deep connection to music, calling it “a beautiful disease that is incurable.” Kelly also showcases his vocal abilities during the interview, singing snippets of his past hits like ‘When a Woman’s Fed Up’ and ‘Step in the Name of Love,’ proving that his signature sound remains intact.

However, despite his continued creativity, it remains uncertain whether any of his new material will ever be released to the public.

Streaming platforms like YouTube have already distanced themselves from the singer, removing his official channel following his conviction.
