Dar es Salaam. Socialite and fashion model Hamisa Mobetto is set to walk down the aisle with Young Africans SC’s midfielder, Stephane Aziz Ki, in what promises to be one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the year.

With just seven days to go, the couple has finally put an end to months of speculation, revealing that their big day will take place on February 16, followed by a grand reception on February 17.

But here’s what makes their love story even more intriguing—it’s a match made in prayer! Speaking in an interview on Clouds FM, Hamisa’s mother, Shufaa Rutiginga, shared that she had been praying for her daughter to find the right man, and Aziz Ki was God’s answer.

“I am truly happy because God has listened to my prayers. Aziz is a well-mannered and humble young man. My daughter has found the perfect partner. He is loving and cares for all of us,” she shared.

She further emphasised that Aziz Ki came into Hamisa’s life at the right time, fulfilling everything she had prayed for.

“God has heard me exactly as I wished. I have nothing but immense happiness,” she added.

Mama Mobetto confirmed that all wedding festivities will take place in Tanzania, but the couple will later decide on their future plans regarding Aziz Ki’s home country.

Interestingly, Mama Mobetto had previously dismissed claims of her daughter’s marriage, stating that she had not yet received the bride price.
