Dar es Salaam. Just a day after his appointment, the CCM Secretary General Dr Bashiru Ally has visited his colleagues at University of Dar es Salaam on Wednesday afternoon to bid them farewell. Dr Bashiru was seen sharing a light moment with university lecturers and students at the hill. He particularly had some quality time with the Head of Political Science and Public Administration, Mr Rasul Ahmed Minja.
Before his appointment, Dr Bahiru was a political science lecturer before his new appointment. He has replaced Abdulrahaman Kinana who held the position since 2012.
