She is Elizabeth Michael, famously known as Lulu, a young actress who was just released from prison last week after the High Court commuted her two year jail sentence to community service.
Lulu left the Home Affairs Ministry on Wednesday at 10:15 in the morning.
She had been there since 6 a.m. cleaning on the 4th floor, according to cleaners at the building.
The young actress, who was convicted in 2017 of culpability for the death of actor Steven Kanumba in 2012, and sentenced to two years, will be cleaning floors, wiping windows, and scrubbing toilets at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Dar es Salaam until November this year.
On the third day of her community service, her hair was tied up on a bun.
Holding a brown handbag, she entered a black salon car that had come to pick her up and sat on the back.
These are the first images of the young actress since she was released.
