Gather Worship releases debut album ahead of global Christian event Gather25

Dar es Salaam. Gather Worship, the music collective behind the highly anticipated global Christian gathering Gather25, has officially released its debut album, Hear The World That You So Love Sing Back To You. The album, launched on February 21 through Integrity Music, features renowned Grammy Award-winning artists Matt Redman, Jason Ingram, and Tasha Cobbs Leonard.

The album serves as the official soundtrack to Gather25, a 25-hour worldwide event scheduled for March 1, which aims to unite worshippers from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. With six songs performed in multiple languages, including Swahili, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, and Portuguese, the project underscores the inclusivity and diversity of the global Christian community.

Speaking on the project, executive producer Matt Redman expressed his enthusiasm, stating: "We gathered some songwriters for a few days in California, where Jennie Allen shared the vision of Gather25. Everyone resonated deeply with the message, and the songs started to flow."

The album boasts an impressive lineup of international worship artists, including Nigeria’s Sinach and Kaestrings, Kenya’s Pambio, Brazil’s Gabriela Rocha, Guatemala’s Miel San Marcos, India’s Prakruthi Angelina and Akshay Mathews, and France’s Sandra Kouame. Other notable contributors include Bethel Music’s Jenn Johnson, Chris Tomlin, and Grammy-nominated artist Matt Maher.

Several artists featured on the album are set to perform during the Gather25 broadcast, which will be streamed online, allowing a worldwide audience to partake in the worship experience.
