Dar es Salaam. Hyatt Hotels Corporation has inaugurated its first dual-branded establishment in Africa with the opening of Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands and Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands.

The complex is near attractions such as Westgate Mall, the Nairobi National Museum, and Karura Forest, making it suitable for both business and leisure travellers, the bank said in a statement.

Hyatt's managing director for the Middle East and Africa, Mr Stephen Ansell, highlighted the significance of the opening, stating that the hotels aim to provide meaningful hospitality in Nairobi's vibrant Westlands district.

"These hotels are designed to provide an exceptional experience for both short-term and extended-stay guests, balancing comfort, convenience, and local culture," he said.
