OPPO brand officially launches in Tanzania

Tanzanians have more reasons to smile as they now have more and better options for choosing the best communication devices after another entrant, OPPO, launched its new smartphone lineup.
OPPO, a leading global smartphone brand, officially announced its establishment in Tanzania on Tuesday during a brand launch event in Dar es Salaam.
The company also launched its new smartphone lineup, the OPPO A series, during the event.
Speaking at the event, the CEO of OPPO Tanzania, Kenny Yue, said that the company is excited to enter the Tanzanian market and offer its innovative and high-quality products to Tanzanians.
"OPPO has always placed itself to deliver the best of technology to its users," said Mr. Yue. "With this, the brand prides itself on serving consumers across more than 60 countries and regions worldwide, delivering high-quality products that have received numerous awards from experts and enthusiasts."
Mr. Yue also highlighted OPPO's commitment to making the world a happier place through the power of technology.
"Our entrance into Tanzania is a testament to our unwavering commitment to making the world a happier place through the power of technology," he said. "We guarantee to deliver the best experience to all our users."
Recent reports from Canalys have shown that OPPO's market share in Africa has grown by 73 percent annually, ranking 4th in the continent.
"This shows that there is unique and untapped potential in the African market, and our investment in new markets such as Tanzania continues to show our belief and commitment to our users," said Mr. Yue.
OPPO Tanzania launched its new smartphone lineup, the OPPO A series, during the event. The OPPO A78 is a perfect combination of style and performance, featuring an FHD+ AMOLED Display for immersive entertainment, Dual Stereo Speakers, lightning-fast 67W SUPERVOOCTM flash charge, and a long-lasting 5000mAh large battery.
Beyond the A series, OPPO Tanzania intends to introduce its higher-end products to the market soon, such as the Reno10 series and the Find N series.
OPPO Tanzania's debut in the country is more than just a launch. It is an invitation to embark on a transformative journey, according to OPPO Product Manager Farida Mwangosi.
