Dar es Salaam. President Samia Suluhu Hassan has used her Idd-ul-Fitr message to call for peace, unity, and national solidarity among Tanzanians, emphasizing the importance of togetherness in building a stronger nation.
In a message shared on her social media pages, the Head of State expressed gratitude to the Almighty for enabling Muslims to complete the holy month of Ramadan successfully. She urged citizens to uphold the values of unity and love beyond the festive period.
“I wish you all a blessed Idd-ul-Fitr. May the Most Merciful God, who has blessed us to reach and complete the Holy Month of Ramadan, continue to guide and bless us,” President Hassan wrote.

Beyond the religious celebration, President Hassan stressed the significance of maintaining peace and cohesion within the country. She called on Tanzanians to reject divisions and focus on strengthening national harmony.
