Moshi. The Moshi Sub-Registry of the High Court has ordered a resident of Himo in Kilimanjaro Region, Godbless Kawiche, to be detained in a psychiatric facility after ruling that he committed murder while of unsound mind.
The prosecution stated that the accused killed Jeremia Laizer on January 18, 2024, at the Faru area of Himo Junction in Moshi District, Kilimanjaro Region, fatally beating the victim with a bottle, dragging his body and placing it onto a fire.
