Musoma. The High Court’s Musoma Sub-Registry has sentenced two men to death after finding them guilty of murdering businesswoman Jackline Thobias, who was gang-raped by eight men in December 2023.
Kurwa Vitalisi, also known as Mabox, and Kelvin Christopher were among eight men who allegedly raped Ms Thobias on December 18, 2023, in the Zanzibar area of Musoma District. The other six suspects remain at large.
