Viktorija Radman appointed Mobile Ecosystem Forum Board member

Dar es Salaam. Infobip’s Telecom Business Director, Viktorija Radman, has been appointed to the Board of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), marking another milestone for women in leadership within the global telecommunications industry.
Her election took place during the MEF Global Forum Conference in Barcelona last week. The appointment recognizes Radman’s role in driving transformation at Infobip and her commitment to fostering collaboration in the telecom sector.
Radman emphasized the importance of partnerships in enhancing user interactions and integrating network APIs for the growth of rich communication services (RCS). “Telecom collaborations are crucial for enhancing user engagement and building an omnichannel ecosystem,” she said.
Her role at MEF will focus on driving the adoption of communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS), RCS, and network APIs to support the evolution of mobile communications. She will also work towards expanding MEF’s global presence and fostering inclusivity in the industry.
Infobip’s Chief Commercial Telecom Officer, Matija Ražem, praised Radman’s contribution, stating: “Viktorija has witnessed firsthand how embracing CPaaS, RCS, and APIs can unlock new revenue streams and improve customer experience. We are proud of her appointment to the MEF board.”
MEF CEO, Dario Betti, also welcomed Radman’s selection, highlighting her expertise and strategic vision. “Infobip has been a key player in the global messaging landscape, and Viktorija’s deep industry knowledge will benefit both our members and the broader mobile ecosystem,” he said.
Infobip continues to champion women in leadership, with 39 per cent of its senior roles occupied by women. The company is using International Women’s Month to emphasize its commitment to gender diversity and inclusion.
