Helios Towers to headline 8th Connect 2 Connect Africa Summit 2024

Dar es Salaam. Independent telecommunications infrastructure provider, Helios Towers, has been announced as the headline sponsor for the 8th edition of the Connect 2 Connect (C2C) Africa Summit 2024.

The summit, which will take place in Tanzania, is organized by Extensia Limited in collaboration with the Ministry of Information, Communication, and Information Technology in Tanzania.

Helios Towers Tanzania Managing Director, Mr Gwakisa Stadi, expressed the company’s pride in supporting the summit, which aims to shape the future of connectivity across Africa.

The C2C Africa Summit is a premier event for the telecom industry, bringing together top executives, thought leaders, and government representatives to discuss trends, opportunities, and challenges in Africa's ICT sector. The 2024 summit will focus on key themes including the future of network infrastructure, digital resilience, sustainable ecosystems, and the expansion of broadband networks—factors essential for Africa's digital economy.

The summit is expected to draw over 300 participants, including representatives from mobile network operators (MNOs), fiber network operators (FNOs), infrastructure companies, regulators, and other key stakeholders in Africa’s ICT ecosystem.
