Dar es Salaam. Tanzanian singer and former Konde Gang artiste, Anjella, has made a heartfelt public appeal for financial support to cover urgent medical treatment.

In an emotional message shared on social media, Anjella reveals that she has been battling a severe illness, which has left her physically and emotionally drained.

"I have reached a point where I feel like giving up because of this illness,” she writes. “I have tried everything, sought help from individuals and taken countless medications, but nothing seems to work.”

Anjella, known for "Nobody", "Kioo" and "All Night" featuring Harmonize discloses that her condition has prevented her from participating in various activities, including sports and marathons, which she is invited to.

She emphasised that while she remains hopeful for recovery, the cost of proper treatment—amounting to over Sh13 million—is beyond her financial reach.

"I have found a hospital here in Tanzania that can provide the treatment I need, but I cannot afford it. That is why I have come to you, my fellow Tanzanians, to ask for your support,” she pleaded.

The singer urged well-wishers to contribute to her medical fund, believing that collective support could help her regain her health.

She also expresses her faith in God, stating that she trusts in divine intervention for her healing.

As news of her appeal spreads, fans and fellow artistes have started showing their support, with some encouraging others to step in and assist. Some say she should sell the car that her fellow artiste, Zuchu, gifted her.
