Coca-Cola Kwanza recognised as a top employer

Dar es Salaam. Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Tanzania has been recognized as one of the top employers in the country for 2025, earning certification from the Top Employers Institute based on its HR best practices.

CCBA was awarded the prestigious Top Employer certification not only at the regional Africa level but also for its operations in Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, and Ethiopia.

“We are proud of our continued success in Tanzania and our position as the largest bottler of Coca-Cola brands on the African continent,” said Jonathan Jooste, acting general manager of CCBA Tanzania.
