The analyst firm recognized Infobip as the top "Established Leader" on the 2024 RCS Business Messaging Competitor Leaderboard, acknowledging its strong market positioning, superior product offerings, and extensive capabilities. In its comprehensive analysis, Juniper Research evaluated 17 vendors on various criteria, including geographic reach, depth of partnerships, innovative RCS value-added services, and notable RCS deployments. Infobip’s ability to deliver on these fronts, particularly with large-scale RCS projects in high-growth regions, secured its top position.
