Dar es Salaam. Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Commissioner of Police Ramadhani Kingai has declined to testify as a defence witness in the treason trial facing Chadema National Chairman, Mr Tundu Lissu.
Mr Lissu, who had proposed Commissioner Kingai as a defence witness, told the High Court of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam Registry, that the senior police official refused to testify on his behalf.
