Dar es Salaam. Tanzania's football giants, Simba, today clash with Zambia’s Power Dynamos in the second leg of the CAF Champions League match at the Azam Complex in Dar es Salaam.

The match has been scheduled to start at 4pm and Simba need only a goalless, 1-1 draw or any victory in order to qualify for the groups’ stage of the competition.

In the first-leg encounter held in Ndola, Zambia, two weeks ago, the two teams recorded a 2-2 draw in the thrilling encounter. Power Dynamos need a victory in order to qualify for the group's stage. Should the score be 2-2, the match winner would be decided through a penalty shootout.

The situation make today’s match unpredictable, as all teams prepared well aiming for victories.

Simba’s head coach Roberto Oliviera, alias Robertinho, has said they will play with determination in order to come out with a good result.

Robertinho said they are expecting to face a strong opposition from Power Dynamos, who also have the determination to excel in the tournament.

The Brazilian tactician said all of his players are in good shape to face the Zambians.

"We are facing a challenging task as we play away against a team with experience in international competitions. I am proud of my players, who, I believe, will not let Tanzanians down," said Robertinho.

Simba assistant captain Mohammed "Tshabalala" Hussein said they are ready to fight till the last drop of their sweat in the encounter, aiming to sail through to the group stages.

"It is not going to be an easy match because even though Power Dynamos is not targeting to register victory as we are, we will fight for the club and for the country as well," said Tshabalala.

He explained that Power Dynamos are a strong team, but, he added, there is no need to get worried because they will play with determination.

Meanwhile, Tanzania’s representative in the Caf Confederation Cup, Singida Fountain Gate FC, today play decisive encounter against Future FC of Egypt at Al-Sekka Al-Hadid Stadium in Cairo.

The match will start at 6pm Tanzania’s time, and Singida Fountain Gate FC need a draw in order to qualify for the next stage.
