Dar es Salaam. The famous song "Komasava," composed by Tanzanian music superstar Diamond Platnumz, has been used to introduce new kits for the 2024/2025 season of the Mainland Tanzania champions, Young Africans (Yanga).

The collaboration between the music icon and the football club have generated significant excitement among fans and the general public.

In a video that has been shared on various social media platforms and gone viral, Yanga players Stephane Aziz Ki, Prince Dube, and Dickson Job are shown dancing alongside Diamond in the launch of the kits, creating a buzz among football and entertainment fans.


The video's widespread reach and popularity underline the strong connection between sports and entertainment in Tanzania, where football and music often intersect to create memorable cultural moments.
